Update on Jenny’s NASUWT Fundraising Concert for Bravehearts of the North East

Well, what a night that was!

We had the wonderful pleasure of being invited along to a Halloween inspired fundraiser for Bravehearts at the start of the month. One of our amazing winners of a Bravehearts award, Jenny and her super family (some of who had a remarkable resemblance to the Sanderson sisters) hosted a Brass Band Fundraiser in conjunction with the NASUWT Riverside Brass Band. It was truly a family affair as Jenny’s grandad Michael is also part of the band and performed an impressive solo on the night too.

The night was a great success (and brilliantly entertaining) and managed to raise around £1,000 - a really impressive amount and we are so very grateful to the family and the NASUT Riverside Brass Band for their support.
